Lights and bagels. Sam, Leah and I did our annual trek to a ritzy suburb near the city to see the Snoopy and Woodstock Christmas ugly sweater. Yes, that is a tree starting on the ground floor and going through the roof. Illusion? My fave is the treehouse with Santa and the elves in their workshop. We top of the tree with bagels and cream cheese from a nearby bakery that in my humble opinion makes the best bagels in town.

Best Snoopy and Woodstock Christmas ugly sweater
That is Leah’s favorite part of the Snoopy and Woodstock Christmas ugly sweater. I pack the car with drinks and treats to make sure Sam makes the round-tripper that takes about two hours or so. He did great, other than schmeering cream cheese over the back seat of the already decimated back seat of my car. Mission accomplished once again, which finishes with stove-topped popcorn and hot chocolate for all.
Good News! No search party needed for a Frosty the Freakin’ Frozen Elf! She survived. You will not need to scrape her recycled body off the pavement. Race update with pictures coming soon to a blog near you. That sounds so lovely. I hope your holidays continue to be merry. I love taking Dustin on our Christmas light trip. There is a certain section in town that displays a contest of lights, neighbor against neighbor one place I actually jumped out of the truck to involve myself in it’s setting.
